The Fitness Studio at The Aspire Centre has an extensive range of equipment and expert advice on hand. We have state of the art ‘Life Fitness’ equipment in our gym and through a rolling programme of refurbishment are constantly striving to bring you the very best of equipment so you can get the most from your workouts.

Our fully qualified and friendly staff will guide you through an introduction process which will get you started on a programme right for you and help you achieve your desired goals whatever they may be. We will make sure you know exactly how to use each piece of equipment for your own safety but also so that you achieve the results you want.

To use the Fitness Suite you must:
• Be a member of the Aspire Centre (see membership )
• Be 18 years old and above
• Complete a health screening form
• Undergo an induction
