Level Descriptors:


Beginners:
Suitable for newcomers and for those who enjoy a low intensity workout. The beginner classes work at a gentle level introducing the principles and techniques of the ctivity/exercise. Ideal for anyone wishing to continue at a gentle level or to reacquaint themselves with an activity.
Intermediate:
Classes are suitable for participants who aim to increase their levels of fitness and/or skill level, and for those who have completed a beginner’s course. Activities will require a higher evel of fitness including more muscle control and co-ordination. Classes are most suitable for those who have attended some
classes previously.
Advanced:
Classes are aimed at those with experience and completed an intermediate course, who are familiar with the techniques of the exercise or activity and who are keen to build up their skill nd fitness levels. Ideal for those who wish to play at a higher standard or work out at an intense level.
All levels:
A mixed ability class where you will be encouraged to exercise
at your own level.
