Why choose Swimming?
Improves Health
Swimming is a fun, healthy activity with both physical and mental benefits, in addition to your heart, lungs and muscles, you will feel better about yourself and be living a healthier lifestyle.

Improves Fitness
Just swimming a few lengths can involve most of the major muscle groups, giving your body a great work out. If you crank up the pace, you’ll get a brilliant aerobic workout too.

Stress Relief
The great advantage of swimming is that water supports your weight and relieves the stress off your joints, so you can put your body through a good workout without your knees, hips or spine being damaged.  As well as this it relaxes the mind.

The Importance of Swimming
Swimming is an essential life skill that helps both adults and children safe in and around water.  As well as being fun it is a great way to make new friends or get the whole family involved.  Try our fun sessions on a weekend for an hour of complete fun.

Children’s Swimming lessons
We also offer lessons from our ASA qualified swimming instructors.  They are all experienced in teaching and regularly update their skills in order to maintain a safe, fun and modern approach.  Each lesson last 30 mins. Click here for further details

Adult Swimming Lessons
Age should not be a barrier is you want to learn to swim, that is why we have no age restrictions on enrolment onto our adult swimming lessons.

Our programmes are designed for adults who lack water confidence and are non swimmers. We also cater for confident swimmers who want to improve their technique and also for adults who can swim but want to work on skills and stamina - so there are classes for everyone.
