Our exercise class program offers a variety of classes to meet a whole host of exercise needs. The aim of our programme is to create a positive environment by providing fun, safe, effective classes in search of a healthy lifestyle.
All our classes are led by dynamic, fully qualified instructors and highly motivated instructors who will target a variety of fitness goals. These include cardio conditioning, flexibility training, strength training and conditioning.
Some classes use a range of equipment such as resistance bands, free weights, aerobic steps, agility equipment, mats, all designed to get the most out of your workouts
Exercise classes at The Aspire are the perfect way to burn those calories, tone that body and have great fun at the same time.

Types of Classes @ The Aspire
Body & Core conditioning
Come along and learn how to strengthen your body and core stomach muscles by learning various fun exercises which will help you lose inches and tome the whole of your body. Classes are limited; book early to avoid disappointment.
Legs, Bums and Tums.
A conditioning class that may include equipment such as hand weights, body bands and steps to improve body tone and strength. Floor work is included for at total head to toe workout. Suitable for all levels of Fitness
Circuit training
An instructor led station workout to increase endurance and muscular strength. Maximum results in a short space of time.
Boxercise
A fitness class combining traditional kick moves and techniques without physical contact. The class may include work with punch bags, pads and speedballs, along with circuit training and skipping.
Aqua Aerobics
A low-impact workout that uses the resistance of the water to strengthen and tone in a safe environment. The program is set to music and students learn at their own pace. Sign-up for the full course or drop-in for individual sessions.
Level Descriptors
Beginners
Suitable for newcomers and for those who enjoy a low intensity workout. The beginner classes work at a gentle level introducing the principles and techniques of the activity/exercise. Ideal for anyone wishing to continue at a gentle level or to reacquaint themselves with an activity.
Intermediate
Classes are suitable for participants who aim to increase their levels of fitness and/or skill level, and for those who have completed a beginner’s course. Activities will require a higher level of fitness including more muscle control and co-ordination.
Classes are most suitable for those who have attended some classes previously.
Advanced
Classes are aimed at those with experience and completed an intermediate course, who are familiar with the techniques of the exercise or activity and who are keen to build up their skill and fitness levels. Ideal for those who wish to play at a higher
standard or work out at an intense level.
All levels
A mixed ability class where you will be encouraged to exercise
at your own level.
