| CIEH Basic Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate |
This course is an introductory level certificate accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. It is aimed at people employed in the catering industry or who work with food in any commercial situation. It will provide learners with the safety and hazard awareness skills required when working with food in a kitchen. Its objectives include, understanding the key elements of food and safety, understanding cleaning and disinfection, understanding food pests and understanding food safety control.
Duration - 1 Day Cost - £75 (including exam fee) This course is available during the week and at weekends and is subject to numbers enrolled. ACL010
