| Computer Basic Skills – Level 2 |
This course builds on the previous level and focuses on preparing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, designing materials (e.g. calendars using Microsoft Publisher and mail-merging with Microsoft Word and Excel). Bring your address book to prepare labels for your invitations or cards!

SELF STUDY PROGRAMME:
British Computer Society IT User Level 1 & 2
This programme allows you to study at home, together with free tuition at one of our Drop-In sessions listed above. Tuesday afternoon is particularly helpful for ECDL learners. You will have the opportunity to complete the BCS Level 1 (ECDL part 1) and also progress to BCS Level 2 (ECDL part 2). If successful, this will result in you gaining the completed qualification.
Course costs include materials at £80 and £10 per module test.
The BCS Level 1 certificate is designed to give an initial overview of computer use to the beginner, or to a computer user looking for a formal qualification. The qualification is divided into three modules:
